What is your return policy?
If you're not fully satisfied, you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund, as long as they’re unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
What if my item is damaged and/or opened?
If you receive a damaged or opened package, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at support@thanksfornothing.ca

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund within this period, kindly email support@thanksfornothing.ca, and we’ll look into it for you.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Report missing packages within 1 week of delivery confirmation.
We are not liable for lost/stolen packages if the shipping address is correct.
